The reason I’m asking this is because I have tried many other ‘diets’. I have tried a high protein high fiber diet, low calorie, no fat, green tea, vegetarian, liquid diet, alli, mega-tea, almost everything. My hobby is boxing and weight lifting and I’m looking to get as fit as physically possible. I stand 5 foot 11 inches with a 32 inch waist, around 200 pounds. I’m looking to STAY at 185. I have been there, but it was short lived. If anybody knows a diet or a ‘special’ kind of way to eat and train please share with me. And tell me if my question is a bad way to go. Thanks.
