Can you lose weight if you have a big breakfast and fast for the rest of the day?

The reason I’m asking this is because I have tried many other ‘diets’. I have tried a high protein high fiber diet, low calorie, no fat, green tea, vegetarian, liquid diet, alli, mega-tea, almost everything. My hobby is boxing and weight lifting and I’m looking to get as fit as physically possible. I stand 5 foot 11 inches with a 32 inch waist, around 200 pounds. I’m looking to STAY at 185. I have been there, but it was short lived. If anybody knows a diet or a ‘special’ kind of way to eat and train please share with me. And tell me if my question is a bad way to go. Thanks.

Is there really a difference in types of green teas?

Yes I have been on a reduced calorie diet and exercising. I have also been drinking green tea because someone told me it would give a metabolic boost. My limited online research about it has just brought up pages of companies selling green tea that is supposed to help with weight loss, but they are rather expensive. Is there a difference between those and the pre packaged green tea bags available at the grocery. Thanks!

Will drinking zero calorie drinks help me lose weight? Or will it make me gain more when I eat?

Im trying to loose weight and Ive been drinking zero calories drinks which is fine, but will it help me loose weight or will it make me gain more when I eat? I considered buying the mega green tea weight loss that helps you lose 20lbs but it might be a little dangerous because I am 120 and 20 years old. I just dont like the way I look in my stomach area. What would you recommend.

I don’t understand!! weight loss help?

I have been on a diet and exercise regime for around 2 years now. My calorie intake is 1500 calories, I do yoga and jump rope and crunches 4-5 mornings a week. I try and eat healthy food (fruits, lean meat..).
But I can’t seem to lose any weight! At the beginning my weight went down slowly, but now not at all! I even seem to gain a little! And it’s not because I’m getting muscular!
I was just wondering if the time of day that you eat makes a difference or if there are any supplements that help burn fat, promote weight loss….? I heard green tea is supposed to help. I don’t know if that works, or what other things there are.
If anybody has any information, that would be great!

How many days on the Mega Green Tea Diet do you start filling Full?

Ive been on the Mega Green Tea Diet pills for 3 days now. Ive been drinking lots of water and staying below my calorie limit which is 1,429..well except today…I slipped =). I have not excersized for these 3 days because i have been working so much (lifiting boxes and standing and bending all day) In the mornings I don’t have time to eat a filling meal so I will take the pill and eat like one thing (apple) and find myself extremely hungry later. I then take another pill and eat like a salad. I don’t feel full throughout the day like everyone else does. Is this because I don’t eat much in the morning?

Also I know they say take the pills mid morning and mid afternoon, but I also heard you should take the pill before you eat. So which one is it?
